Encouraging Readers: Marketing and Libraries

You don't get a much more thrilling title than, The Utility of Retail Site Selection for the Public Library.  Bravo William Robinson.  Back in the 1970s you were addressing the issues of marketing and public libraries, issues which still engage and involve us as we seek to increase library use and ensure library relevance.  And utility.  And we've probably, thanks be, moved on from envy and contempt for marketing, but we still have much to learn and things to try in our libraries.
